Welcome About the Wedding Accomodations Things to Do Our Story Wedding Party Registry

Let's get right down to business:

  • Schedule. Where to be, when to be there, and what you're in store for.
  • Directions. Sugar-who? How to get to Sarah-and-Greg-are-getting-married-town, USA.
...oh, and just a reminder that these are the details as of February, 2011... so if there's any slight changes between now and September we'll post it here!

Schedule of Events

8pm: "Welcome to Vermont" Party
For those of you that can join us on Friday night, we're hosting a small party at the fire pits (weather permitting) just outside of the Gate House Lodge at the Sugarbush Resort. Drinks and s'mores will be served! Rain location is the Castlerock Pub across from the Timbers Restaurant at the heart of the Sugarbush Resort.
4:30pm: Ceremony
We'll be holding the ceremony outdoors at the base of the mountain (technically on the "bunny slope"). There is a small walk to the ceremony site on the grass; please note that there will be driving carts available for added accessibility, or for anyone who would like assistance getting to the site. Rain location is inside the Timbers Restaurant.

Cocktail Hour and Reception Immediately Following the Ceremony
The cocktail hour and reception will start right after the ceremony on the patio area just outside the Gate House Lodge and last for about an hour. Drinks and apps will be served! Rain location is inside the Gate House Lodge.

Dinner, Drinks, and Dancing (in no particular order)
This part of the schedule is probably self explanatory ;) Wouldn't you guys agree?
8am - 11am: Brunch
We'll be hosting a small brunch at the Timbers Restaurant to share stories from the night before!
